Our Promise
We stand behind every product. If you are not satisfied, you are covered. You have 30 days from delivery to request a return, and every product carries a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects.
Tech Products
- Return window: 30 days from delivery
- Condition: Unused, in original packaging, with all accessories and documentation included
- Exceptions: Software-activated or registered devices may be excluded once activated
- Refund timeline: Within 14 days of receiving the returned item
- Return shipping: Customer bears the cost unless the item is faulty or incorrectly sent
Leather Goods
- Return window: 30 days from delivery
- Condition: May be inspected but must show no signs of use - no scratches, scuffs, or odors on the leather
- Note: Crazy Horse leather develops a natural patina with handling; items showing handling marks beyond inspection will not qualify
- Refund timeline: Within 14 days of receiving the returned item
- Return shipping: Customer bears the cost unless faulty
12-Month Warranty
Every product is covered against manufacturing defects for 12 months from delivery. If something fails through normal use, email your order number and a photo to Sales@nourishpeaksolutions.com and we will repair, replace, or refund.
How to Start a Return
Email Sales@nourishpeaksolutions.com with your order number and we will confirm the return address. Items must be in the condition described above, with proof of purchase. Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrectly sent.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order on delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so we can make it right.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including perishable goods, custom or personalized products, personal-care items, and gift cards. Get in touch if you are unsure about your item.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped into the EU, you may cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery for any reason and without justification, in addition to our 30-day policy above. The item must be in the condition described, with proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will let you know whether the refund is approved. If approved, you will be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. It may take additional time for your bank or card issuer to process and post the refund.
