Why we chose it

Two things separate this from the shelf of tower fans it sits beside. The first is the brushless motor — a BLDC unit drawing only 30 W, which is where the efficiency and the long service life come from, rather than the marketing. The second is that the column is telescopic: it extends to full height when you want reach across a room, and collapses when you want it out of the way, which is not something a fixed tower does. Bladeless means nothing spinning behind a grille — safer around children and pets, and far easier to wipe clean than a caged fan.

Choosing your model

Voltage follows the plug: choose the US plug for 110–120 V mains, or the UK or AU plug for 220–240 V mains. Match the plug to your region's sockets and the voltage takes care of itself.

Care & use

• Wipe the housing and air intake with a dry or barely damp cloth — never immerse any part
• Keep the intake at the base clear of dust, curtains and rugs
• Collapse the column before moving or storing it
