How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping to the EU, US, Canada, UK, and Gulf typically takes 10–15 business days; Express takes 5–8 business days. Exact estimates for your country are shown at checkout based on your order weight and destination.

Do you charge customs or import duties?
Duties and import VAT, where applicable, are calculated separately at checkout and are the customer's responsibility.

What is your return policy?
We offer a 14-day return policy from the day you receive your item. Items must be unworn or unused, with tags, in original packaging. See our full Refund Policy for details.

I'm in the European Union — do I have extra rights?
Yes. EU customers have a 14-day cooling-off period to cancel or return an order for any reason, without justification.

Do your products come with a warranty?
Yes, all Nourish Peak products include a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects.

Will your USB-C docking stations work with my MacBook?
Yes. Our docking stations are compatible with MacBook Pro, MacBook Air, and other laptops with Thunderbolt 3/4, USB4, or USB-C (DisplayPort Alt Mode) ports, as well as Windows laptops including Dell, Lenovo, and HP models. Full compatibility details are listed on each product page.

Is your leather genuine?
Yes. Our leather goods use full grain or crazy horse leather — genuine, untreated hide that develops a natural patina with use. New leather items may carry a natural leather scent on arrival; this fades within 2–3 days in a ventilated space.
